Ursa Major

I have now written two poems in a row that have this odd sort of line pattern within the stanzas. It's not intentional until I've written three or so stanzas and keep following it.

Repeat.

My attempts at locating this syndrome on WebMD were unsuccessful. Please advise as to diagnosis and treatment.

Go Bears!

Ray may need tubes in his ears, and it makes me want to cry.

I am obsessed with Leilani Hall's Swimming the Witch.

Teaching two workshops + two rounds of poems = I have a shitload of annotating to do tomorrow.

What is it about wee lads and tubes in ears?

My 4.5 year old Gabi never needed them in her ears.

Poor fellows.

My oldest son had tubes in his ears--it's painless and really effective for getting rid of those recurring ear infections--I hope he feels better soon, and Eliot, too.

Don't worry, Mary, I had tubes put in my ears twice when I was little. It didn't hurt at all, and I could finally be rid of painful ear infections AND I could hear again!
