Amen! It eases one into the work week. Bright, sunny Mondays are like a cold shower, but cloudy Mondays are like a nice warm bath.
Yeah, bright, sunny Monday mornings are like waiting for fifteen minutes in the line at Subway, only to get the sandwich ordered by the person in front of you, who apparently likes lots of peppers and other gunk.
Cloudy monday mornings are like walking into an overzealously air conditioned office after scrambling around campus trying to locate your classrooms for the big day tomorrow.
Or something like that.
If you don't stop moonlighting as my press agent, I will never get out of debt! Thank you for pointing people to the interview. I will be more than pleased if I just don't come off as a world class dork.
By the way, I love cloudy days.
You seem to have found all the cloudy people. I love them too! I come from Oregon, where clouds are rampant. My husband is a sun guy. I'm comforted by clouds.
Terra, that's exactly it! I'm comforted by clouds too.
Thanks for linking Justin's interview. (He wasn't dorky at all.)
I thought french cuffs were attractive no matter the circumstance. Fashion over function right?
Congrats on your book deal!
