Pinky, but not dinky.

RHINO 2006 is here, and it is fantastic!

Okay, maybe I'm a little biased. But this year's issue is hot stuff, featuring poems by Kristy Bowen (hope you like the review too, Kristy...so much fun to write), Rebecca Loudon, Clay Matthews, Tom Hunley, F. Daniel Rzicznek, and oh so many others. You can buy a copy here, and submission guidelines are here. We read from April 1st to October 1st, unlike a lot of other litmags.

(Public service announcement over).

Don't know if you read my submission, but Rhino almost took my long poem "The Necessity of Color." The South Dakota Review accepted it first though, so I notifed Rhino and Rhino indicated on the rejection slip that they would have taken it! I was quite excited about that.

Try us again, Gerald! We start reading April 1st. Congrats on SDR (even if they got the goodies before we did).

Mary,

That's more like Welsh, isn't it? The phonetic of that would sound spmetyhing like:

K/them/voo/yen

And you better believe I am going to submit to Rhino. Of course, I will have t submit under my alter ego so you won't know it's me.

My verification will be hard to beat:
