I (usually) wear black on the outside...
A very rare color photo to share! I had to get out the tripod (thus this early shot sans part of head) and everything to take a pic for departmental website. Didn't want to use one of my angry gothish b&w standards.
Do you look better in black and white, or in color?
You know my answer...

You look like Mary Sunshine in this photo. It's adorable.
Your other photos are sexy—probably too sexy for work.
Charles, work is not sexy enough. Let it be sexier.
It's a great photo of you, Mary, but yeah, I can see the black and white is missing. You're wearing green: it brings out your eyes. Wow.
I wear black all winter. In the summer I wear orange.
I like the picture. Green is a nice color on you and you look cheerful. But the b&w pictures of you are much more dramatic.
I think I like the b&w's best.
*blush* Thanks you guys!
Charles, I've been meaning to mention how much I like your new b&w pic, though I secretly miss the old color one sometimes.
Re: sexy & work, it's the strangest thing doing a poetry reading as part of a job interview. Choosing poems (or rather choosing from my poems) was really rough because of...content. Ordinarily I wouldn't be discussing body parts and predatory birds during a job talk, kwim? Not to mention having to do a reading sans requisite shot of tequila in the loo beforehand. Glad all that is over!
Peace, Mary Sunshine (I like that!)
Holy shit! The colorscopes!
I found a bunch of those Cav Chron issues a few months back.
I didn't even WEAR GREEN back then!
Somehow I've conflated most of our past escapades with random episodes of My So-Called Life. Strange how memory works!
Beware the salts...
I have a color pic of you flexing your spider tat, if you want to go for "professional & badass." It's a blonder Mary than your new colleagues would be used to though. :-o
Personally, I only take black 'n' white shots when I'm making out with Lauren Bacall. Otherwise I like color because I go into Photoshop and make my eyes purple.

What? You mean they aren't...
Hey, we both have one dimple and it's on the same side! Gorgeous shot.
